We're thrilled to share the story of one of our latest projects, a remarkable renovation in Hutton featuring not one, but two extensions to the property.

The original house, while charming, had such potential to be bigger and better. Our clients wanted to make a more modern living environment that would better suit their lifestyle, creating something they can now call their forever home.

We explored various options between us, and are proud to say our clients are delighted with the results - we couldn't be happier with how the project turned out either! This Hutton home has truly been transformed in so many ways, offering a perfect blend of style, comfort, and practicality for many years to come.

The Final Designs

Our first port of call was to understand the exact needs of our client, and by doing so, we were able to create a design with them that completely transformed the property. In demolishing a single garage, and replacing it with a two-storey structure, we were able to capitalise on plenty of space at the right-hand side. An expansion of what was originally the dining room was proposed, working in unison with other design elements to create a 40m2 kitchen diner with utility room off. For the opposing extension, we made a comfortable and cosy living room, which gave easy access into the garden. Incorporating a fireplace for the colder months, this is one of the rooms which the client can enjoy in all seasons. At the first-floor level, the extensions offered the addition of a bedroom with a dressing and en-suite. The master bedroom was also reconfigured to have a dressing space, and its own en-suite as well. Two guest bedrooms now stand, and a modest family bathroom as well. In addition to the interior changes, the exterior of the property received a complete makeover. New windows and doors, a fresh coat of render, and new roof tiles have given the house a modern look.
