Empowered with trade knowledge and plenty of motivation behind them, our clients knew exactly what they wanted to achieve with this project, completely gutting and reconfiguring a modest bungalow and transforming it into a beautiful building, which they can now call their forever home.

By carefully navigating both the Planning and Building Regulations processes, we were able to achieve them all of their design permissions within 5 months of our instruction.

The Final Designs

At the ground floor, a huge reconfiguration of the layout offers our client a whopping 53sqm Kitchen/Diner/Living area with plenty of room for the all-important family time, socialising, working, dining etc. There is also a dedicated Snug, Study, Ground Floor Bedroom and W/C. We incorporated a small Porch at the front of the property too, this helped ensure that there was adequate space for the staircase into the converted loft. Between each storey, a new atrium-style hallway was proposed with Velux rooflights in the roof structure. This has allowed the house to feel light, open and welcoming the very moment you set foot through the front door. At the First-Floor, our designs have incorporated a loft conversion with 2 Double Bedrooms, a Family Bathroom and a new Master Bedroom with Dressing Room and En-Suite. We also proposed plenty of storage solutions, making the very best use of the space which was available in the designs. Such attention to detail has been placed in this project, and we think it looks absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. We’re ecstatic to see the gargantuan transformation which this property has undergone, and hope that our clients love all of it for many, many years to come.
