Our clients in Suffolk have managed to achieve this in the space of just 2 years, with a lot of hard work, love and dedication – taking on all the building aspects of this project themselves after we assisted them through the design, Planning and Building Regulations stages.
Being in the trade themselves the clients knew exactly what they wanted to achieve with their development, completely reconfiguring a modest single storey bungalow and transforming it into this beautiful two storey structure, which they can now call their forever home.
At the ground floor, the designs boast a whopping 58sqm Kitchen/Diner/Living area, with plenty of room for the all-important family time with their two children, socialising, working, dining and other events with family and friends.
On the first floor, the designs have incorporated 2 double bedrooms, each with their own integral en-suites and a new master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite, complete with both a bath and a shower cubicle.
