As part of our design services for our clients, we absolutely relish the aspect of being able to help everyone create their dream living spaces, and this is exactly what we did for our clients in the springtime of 2019. A piece of land situated in Weeley Heath, which was once occupied by a small bungalow was cleared entirely to make way for a new acquisition by our clients, and upon the completion of their land purchase, they approached us with a strong vision of how they were looking to create their forever home.

With incredible attention to detail both internally and externally, our clients are now able to enjoy a brand new detached 4 bedroom dwelling which they can call their own, completed and finalised to their exact requirements in every way. As a practice, we worked very closely with our clients to transform some initial concepts into a dream home for them, and we could not be happier to have been a part of the process for this project!

PROJECT DETAILS

The Final Designs

Within the final designs, we included a grand entrance hallway, complete with a full height glazed apex and atrium to allow plenty of natural light into and throughout property at each floor. The hallway connects a large kitchen, dining and living area at the rear, with a footprint of approximately 70sqm – absolutely perfect for socialising, entertaining and working in. At the ground floor, there is also a living room, complete with a large fireplace for the colder months of the year in which to get cosy with a hot drink and some slippers whilst enjoying a film. We also included a bespoke Utility Room which is accessible off the main kitchen area, situated neatly away from the rest of the property to help store laundry without occupying any kitchen space. The Utility Room is fed with a laundry chute from the Master Bedroom upstairs, which we think is a brilliant innovation! On the first floor, there are 2 large double bedrooms, both complete with their own en-suites, dressing rooms and walk-out balcony for the warmer months. Each balcony boasts its own glazed apex and bi-folding doors to allow natural light in, and share the rural views that the area has to offer. A further 2 double bedrooms were designed at the front of the dwelling, each with 14.5sqm of floor space, and a family bathroom, which holds a freestanding stone bath and sanitaryware along with an inbuilt TV within the wall.
