The housing demand in the UK is only rising. There is an ever-growing need to make the most of the land that we have available. We are, after all, a small island no matter our presence on the world stage. It takes experience and creativity to be able to design spacious New Build Housing.

The original client for this project approached us to create designs within the Tendring District. The plot contained one single house with an extremely large back garden. The owner then sold the plot to a property developer. We worked closely with this particular developer to ensure design satisfaction was met.

The final outcome consisted of 4 New Build Bungalows based on the plot of a former orchard. The property developer constructed the properties to a high specification. The result of the design was outstanding.

The Final Designs

You can see a Brickwork and Render combination with Cottage Blend Facing Brickwork that the developer chose. Each Bungalow boasts attached garages and large luxurious living areas. The exposed brick wall feature gives the properties character in both the living area and kitchen. Coupled with the exposed brick fireplace this home makes for a cosy hideaway for any buyer. The bi-folding doors open out from the living area to the generous garden. They bring in the light and the outdoors for a seamless flow to each of the properties. The master bedroom in each of these properties come with their very own en-suite. This en-suite has a luxurious walk in shower with beautiful floor to ceiling tiles. The further 2 bedrooms are spacious for growing families or for couples that work from home. The relationship with the developer flourished throughout the process and we continue to work with them to this day.
